The family Tree continues to grow and because until recently I had lost contact with most of my cousins I have no idea how large the tree actually is. If you wish me to add your details or details of your children to the Tree then send me a message via Dave@Mybrazil.nl.

For those interested in continuing the quest, here are a few open ends that I would like to see closed. Living in Holland is far from ideal when investigating the past. To find the stories behind our ancestors nothing beats good old-fashioned legwork ie. searching in local archives (not everything is available on line).

• I would like to find out more about Thomas Wycherley’s time as stonemason in Woolton and how he died.
• I would like to find out more about Mark Grant especially the period prior to his marriage to Maria Wycherley.
• Mark’s father Hugh Grant’s life before he established his business in Altrincham is a mystery to me.
• More work is required tracing the Forrester line. Their baptism records seem difficult to find .
