Living in Holland is far from ideal when investigating the past. To find the stories behind our ancestors nothing beats good old-fashioned legwork ie. searching in local archives (not everything is available on line).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I would like to find out more about Thomas Wycherley&#8217;s time as stonemason in Woolton and how he died.<\/li><li>I would like to find out more about Mark Grant especially the period prior to his marriage to Maria Wycherley.<\/li><li>Mark&#8217;s father Hugh Grant&#8217;s life before he established his business in Altrincham is a mystery to me.<\/li><li>More work is required tracing the Forrester line.
